The first day we walked on the beach in Cuba we saw these holes in the sand. I was intrigued by these holes. To me they looked like someone with high heels was walking and their heel part went down into the sand leaving these perfectly rounded holes.
As we continued to walk along the beach I started to see these little crabs running down into these holes! Now I was intrigued by the crabs. They were so many of them.
I thought to myself…what a great analogy for life. We see something in our life and the first thing our mind wants to do is relate to it referencing something we know. Then we come to learn what things really are in relation to their nature. Wow!
This analogy can be applied to many things in our life. For example, we see someone upset about something and we start to think of all the things they could be upset about. Then we come to learn the true nature of what we witnessed around the upset.
Consider what that analogy could be for you! I know for myself, walking on the beach not only offered me moments of intrigue, walking on the beach offered another gift in how I see life. Nature so graciously helped me shift my perception!

interesting story here we have only wee tiny holes between paving stones or in the lawn created by cute little things that also visit your house to find some food and other bigger holes made by furry gophers that raid your garden so beware of holes in the ground have a good time in cuba love you both
