Through experiences in life we learn about ourselves helping us to grow in many ways. It’s usually after an experience where we may learn the most. Have you heard the expression, ‘hind sight is 20/20?’ Once we reflect on that experience, we may find a valuable tool to build with.
Here I’m talking about the tools that come from the different times in our life where we experience something and that experience offers us an opportunity to build on our self confidence. What would that look like?
Think of the times when you had the realization you were glad you listened to that voice inside or maybe your intuition telling you what to do…both the inner voice and your intuition are tools to build with. Think of the times when you realized you had a strong feeling about something and it worked out for the best…those strong feelings are tools to build with. Think of the times people continually praise you for those one or two great qualities you have…those great qualities can be tools to build with. Even decisions to do something you’ve always wanted to do, like beautify a room for example, maybe take a trip…decisions can be tools of strength to build with. These are some of the many tools that can help build your self confidence.
Any realization where you felt good about something or you were really happy about what you did or there was an appreciation for completing, even resolving something…those are moments when we take tools and build on our SELF knowledge…our SELF confidence…our SELF awareness! Over time…as we are living life…we come to learn what we feel and know to be truth for ourselves.
Building takes tools and when those tools are used wisely…we can build whatever we want. When we don’t know how to use the tools, we won’t be as effective. For example, if we have a hammer and we try to cut a piece of wood…it won’t work. If you have a fork and we are trying to scoop some juice out of a pan…it won’t work.
The same goes for us and our self confidence…our character. If you don’t listen to that inner voice, you constantly seek outside yourself. If you don’t go with those strong feelings…the ones you know are ‘right’, you end up with a feeling of unrest.
The Universe provides us with tools which if used wisely can help us in our building process. Tools help us to know ‘inside’ when something is ‘right’ for us; they guide us to trust what we are feeling; they assist us in feeling comfortable ‘being’ who we are in any moment of time.
Using valuable tools builds strength inside. As we journey along…we come to know what ‘makes sense’ and what ‘feels right’….empowering us with self confidence and awareness in what we know to be true. What we learn about ourselves helps us to grow in more magical mystical ways than we know.
Blessings to you always.
