In life, some problems can be ‘solved’ and some problems are ‘dissolved.’ How do we know the difference? When I think of the problems in my life, I either want to fix them, solve them or wish they would go away. When my twin sister Sharon was talking about dissolving…I was interested to hear how?
Problems can be hard to deal with and can also be difficult to solve or overcome…especially the ones that have been around for a while and won’t go away.
What makes a problem difficult to the point we wish it would go away? What is it for you? Life manages to bring us problems for what reason? Do problems happen to us because we don’t have enough to keep us busy or do they happen for us to learn and grow? Some problems are easy to ‘fix’ and some get out of hand causing us to really feel bothered in some way. This is where the difficulty comes in. Over time, we try this and try that to the point we feel stressed and frustrated. It can feel like we run out of ideas or energy; maybe there is no fight left and now the Universe takes over. So much healing takes place when we let go of the controls and all that is attached to the problem. Sometimes it’s out of our hands.
Problems that are put in front of us time and time again can be ‘dissolved.’ Consider this…if we continually have a problem that is of the same nature, when we get the life lesson from the problem, that problem will be dissolved or put another way, it will ‘right’ itself.
When we go from feeling so frustrated because something appears to be so bad where we cry ourselves to sleep, to waking up the next day feeling at peace like a miracle happened overnight something changed. With all the work we may have tried to do to solve our problem…was it ‘dissolved’ for us…just a thought!
When we clear our reactions around any problem, we move forward to a place of understanding where we make well informed decisions. When the reactions are cleared or dissolved, we move forward with a sense of peace inside. We move to the place of reACTing.
Will the problems ever stop or will we ever be done with them…personally I don’t think so. Will our reactions around the problems ever stop…personally I do feel they will. That day is coming for us all.
