Wow, after our last body telecall, so many things have been coming up around the systems we have in place! The systems in our body were designed by the Creator to function for our whole life. Not only that, they are designed to work together with the other systems and parts of the body. I don’t think I’m alone when I say I want to trust that is happening in my body. I don’t want to have to worry all the time that my lymphatic or circulatory systems, for example, aren’t working properly. I want to be in a place trusting if there is a problem, it will be brought to my attention…in other words, my body will communicate with me through a sign or message when something isn’t ‘right.’ That is perfection with our body.
How do we keep things out of our systems? Physically, when we take food into the digestive system for example, we want to trust that our body takes the nourishment from that food and eliminates the waste. When our lymphatic system picks up the dead cells, etc from our body, we want to trust that the lymphatic system will carry the waste to the elimination organs to be eliminated.
Non-physically, how do we keep things out of our systems? People talk a lot about staying away from negative people or negative conversations. Is that possible in this world? Personally I feel there are many wonderful gifts that come out of those negative type things. That being said, when we are around negative people if we can be in a place of acceptance we will not take the negativity inside. If we do not need to change or fix or make someone or something different…we will be more in a place of acceptance. In this place, you are not letting it in or trying to keep it out. As I have cleared my stuff around this whole concept of acceptance, I am not reacting like I did before and I’m experiencing more peace with the negative type of things.
Now taking ‘systems’ in a different direction…what other systems are in place in your life? To me, systems are a way of doing something…all the parts working together as a whole to accomplish something.
When we think about the systems we have in place for the family chores to be done or the house hold bills to paid automatically…what are we noticing is working and isn’t working for us? Can we trust that everything is working as it should? If it isn’t, what needs to change?
We have systems in place in our family environment…in our work environment…in our everyday life. When there is a problem, it will be brought to our attention and we can work with it. Can we be in a place where we are prepared for every kind of problem that could show up? The answer is no. Like our bodies, we will receive communication in the form of a sign or a message showing us that something isn’t ‘right’. At that time we work with whatever shows up. We then find out what feels right for us and work with changing those systems where we can.
Unlike the bodies…the systems we put in place may not last a lifetime! Part of the learning is the unlearning!
What systems do you feel are working for you?
